Job Description:

At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams. This time, we’re on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This role will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media activity across META and other social media channels. This is a hands-on, performance focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, testing ideas, and using automation and AI thoughtfully to drive measurable results. The Performance Marketing Executive will work closely with wider teams to deliver against core KPIs and support continuous performance improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Campaign management: Build, manage, and optimise paid social ads across Meta and Pinterest
  • Own day to day optimisations across markets, bids, budgets, ad copy and landing pages
  • Conduct regular creative, ad copy and audience analysis
  • Support and help manage feed optimization
  • Manage ongoing Meta/Pinterest creative updates, including creative refreshes and asset testing
  • creative performance reviews and optimisation and ad type refinement
  • Testing & Experimentation: Support and help manage a structured testing roadmap across all paid activities
  • Plan, implement and evaluate tests across creative, set up and landing pages
  • Document test results clearly and translate learnings into actionable recommendations
  • Reporting & Insights: Produce regular performance reports and dashboards
  • Analyse performance data to generate clear insights and optimisation opportunities, utilizing 3rd party data
  • Support performance reviews by explaining what's working, why it's working and what to do next
  • Cross-Channel & Team Collaboration: Collaborate with brand, design, web and CRM teams to ensure alignment across channels
  • Support conversations with platform partners (e.g. Meta) where required
  • Brief in new codes and URLs to the web & CSR teams
  • Test all new promotions before they go live to ensure a good customer experience

Requirements:

  • Solid paid social experience (Meta, Pinterest ads platforms), with a strong track record of running successful campaigns from conception, execution and data analysis
  • Strong analytical thinking with excellent numerical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to simplify and convey complex data and the insights gathered from it
  • Up to date with market and technological related innovations
  • Clear communicator
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload effectively
  • Proficient in Meta Ad Manager
  • Experience analytics tools such as GA4 / Adobe Analytics
  • Familiarity with Power BI

Nice to have:

  • Experience of working in a retail e-commerce environment is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience of using Smartly is beneficial but not essential
