Robert Half is partnering with a Fortune 500 financial services client to hire a Performance Marketing Associate supporting high-visibility travel and loyalty marketing initiatives. This role will focus on executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, and owned channels while partnering cross-functionally with brand, analytics, product, and operations teams to drive customer engagement, conversion, and revenue growth in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Job Responsibility
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital placements, and owned channels
Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, workflows, and launch readiness across cross-functional teams
Support promotional marketing initiatives, loyalty campaigns, customer engagement programs, and strategic partnership campaigns
Partner with creative, brand, and operations teams to develop campaign assets and customer-facing marketing materials
Analyze campaign performance metrics, reporting data, customer engagement, and conversion trends to identify optimization opportunities
Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams on audience segmentation, experimentation, and performance reporting
Build executive-ready campaign summaries, dashboards, and performance recaps
Provide proactive communication, stakeholder updates, and support process improvement initiatives across marketing operations
Requirements
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, growth marketing, or marketing analytics
Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Experience working cross-functionally within large, matrixed organizations
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong PowerPoint/presentation development skills and executive communication abilities
Nice to have
Experience within financial services, travel, hospitality, loyalty, or consumer marketing environments
Familiarity with experimentation strategies, audience segmentation, and performance optimization
Experience using Tableau or similar reporting/dashboarding tools
Experience with workflow management tools such as Monday.com or similar project management platforms
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and independently driving initiatives forward
