We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x) to join our team of marketing experts who use data-driven insights to run efficient performance marketing and improve the customer journey. We operate all acquisition marketing and conversion optimization activities fully in-house, giving you the best environment for a steep learning curve. For your new role in our Performance Marketing team you choose whether you grow into a deep down specialist in one of our Paid Online Marketing channels or you take on a generalist role gaining a widespread expertise across multiple channels. Job Responsibility:

  • Take full ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta platforms
  • Analyze complex data sets using in-house tools to identify growth opportunities and proactively drive scaling initiatives
  • Manage and allocate budgets for your market’s channels, ensuring maximum impact and business growth
  • Proactively generate and implement test ideas to optimize existing channels and expand into new ones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Design, Marketing Automation, Marketing Controlling, and Video Production—on campaign planning, creative assets, reporting, automation, and optimization

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience managing and expanding Google Ads Search campaigns with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • A keen interest in expanding your knowledge beyond Search towards Meta and Microsoft Ads
  • Strong organisational skills, a tech-savvy mindset, and a detail-oriented approach
  • A solid understanding of tracking, measurement, and attribution models
  • Excellent command of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Fluency in English is required

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of SQL and Google BigQuery are a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, German, Dutch or Polish would be a plus
