I am working with a leading global digital marketing agency who specialise in delivering best-in-class campaigns for luxury brands across fashion, travel, hospitality and lifestyle. They are known for their strategic thinking, high-touch client servicing and truly global footprint. They are now looking for a Performance Account Manager to join their London team, supporting a portfolio of high-profile international clients and driving best-in-class performance across paid media and organic channels. The Role You will act as the key day-to-day client contact, leading performance strategy and execution across Paid Media (Social + Search) and SEO. This is a client-facing role where you will partner closely with both internal specialists and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable results and long-term growth.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and grow relationships with global luxury clients, acting as a trusted advisor
Lead the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search and SEO
Develop integrated performance strategies aligned with client business objectives
Work closely with channel specialists to ensure campaigns are optimised and delivering against KPIs
Analyse performance data and provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations
Own reporting, presenting results and strategy to clients in a clear and compelling way
Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services
Collaborate with creative, strategy and analytics teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns
Requirements:
3-5 years experience in a digital marketing or media agency environment
Strong knowledge of Paid Social, Paid Search and SEO
Proven experience managing client relationships and leading performance conversations
Experience working with luxury, premium or global brands is highly desirable
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded
