Job Description

The Performance Manager is responsible for account Performance Management, specifically focusing on KPIs and opportunities to build team productivity. This role touches many aspects of account service delivery and client relationships, making it critical to JLL account team success. You will drive performance excellence through data-driven insights, governance leadership, and stakeholder management while ensuring compliance and fostering continuous improvement across all service delivery areas.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor service delivery against KPIs and SLAs, aggregate data, and conduct regular inspections to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions
  • Collect and analyze performance data, generate reports for governance meetings, and implement standardized score carding
  • Build custom reporting solutions and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into performance metrics
  • Schedule and lead operational, strategic, and executive review meetings while providing executive oversight and guidance
  • Communicate performance results to Account Leadership Team and ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Manage fee at risk/reward mechanisms, escalate issues as needed, and conduct client satisfaction surveys
  • Maintain documentation and records while managing regulatory compliance and HSE standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in performance management or related field
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with proven track record of identifying potential issues proactively and formulating solutions
  • Process management experience with demonstrated results-driven approach
  • Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills
  • Client relationship management experience with ability to credibly represent ideas to senior executive-level personnel

Nice to have

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Experience in commercial real estate or facilities management
  • Advanced data visualization and reporting tools experience
  • Team building experience with geographically dispersed stakeholders
  • Background in governance structure development and meeting facilitation
