Job Description

We’re looking for a Performance Lead to turn paid digital media into a true strategic advantage for our business. This role owns all paid acquisition globally - from budget strategy to execution - and leads a team of media buyers and a creative squad to drive efficient, scalable growth across markets. Starting with Meta and Google, you’ll be responsible for scaling performance across new channels, new geographies, and new growth opportunities. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves combining data, creative, and commercial thinking to unlock growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading paid performance at scale (Meta and Google required)
  • Experience managing both media buyers and creative teams
  • Strong strategic mindset — able to connect paid media to business outcomes
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution, and experimentation
  • Experience scaling paid media across multiple markets and geographies
  • Confident budget owner with strong forecasting and financial discipline
  • Hands-on, curious, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
  • Strong communicator who can influence stakeholders across the business
