Our client is an amazing agency, performance, creative, and AI-powered, partnering with brands that want an in-house level of focus with the firepower of an agency. They are growing quickly and are now seeking a Performance Lead to take ownership of results across their client portfolio. The successful candidate will bring deep PPC expertise (Google Search, Shopping, YouTube), a strong working knowledge of paid social and display, and the ability to drive measurable growth. This role will involve leading strategy and optimisation, managing key client relationships, and mentoring junior talent into high-performing specialists, all while ensuring campaigns are efficient, scalable, and commercially impactful. Our client is looking for someone commercially sharp, analytical, and client-focused, who has performance marketing experience and a proven track record of achieving growth targets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling team where you’ll be at the forefront of performance strategy, innovation, and results.
