Job Description:

One of our reputable clients has a need for a full-time Performance Intelligence Manager. In this role, the candidate will analyze data to provide strategic recommendations, manage financial datasets, supervise performance intelligence team members, and lead initiatives in data visualization, predictive analytics, and performance forecasting.

Job Responsibility:

Analysis of financial and operations processes
oversee financial planning administration
perform financial modeling
balance sheet analysis
process improvement
perform profit loss analysis
develop and maintain financial reports in internal database
annual budgets/monthly forecast

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar
MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, performance analytics, or strategy
proven experience building dashboards
strong Power BI and/or SQL experience
excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
