Job Responsibility

  • Manage accident and condition reports across the site
  • Coordinate meetings and distribute condition reports to relevant departments
  • Maintain and manage internal systems
  • Support and deliver continuous improvement projects to prevent recurring issues
  • Produce reports and ensure condition reports are completed within agreed timeframes

Requirements

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently while effectively supporting a wider team
  • Previous experience in administration or HR is desirable
