Job Description

We’re looking for a Performance & Growth Lead to define how our marketing efforts translate into measurable impact. This is not a hands-on execution role. You will define and lead performance strategies within the broader marketing direction, guide execution, and ensure we continuously improve outcomes across regions and channels, strengthening how marketing contributes to broader business outcomes and attracts and converts high-quality talent. We’re investing in how we show up to the world, to do that effectively; we need to be sharper in how we translate strategy into measurable impact. This role is central to making that happen.

Job Responsibility

  • Define performance strategy
  • Translate business and hiring priorities into a clear multi-channel growth approach
  • Define how channels contribute across the funnel (awareness → conversion)
  • Define channel roles, investment logic, and optimisation frameworks
  • Bring structure to how paid and organic efforts work together
  • Own performance outcomes
  • Define and own global performance KPIs, with accountability for both volume and quality of results
  • Turn performance data into clear decisions and priorities, identifying and scaling opportunities for improvement across channels and regions
  • Own execution quality (via teams and partners)
  • Set direction for investment, campaign approach, and optimisation, ensuring high-quality execution across paid channels
  • Raise capability and consistency across teams through clear standards, frameworks, and best practices
  • Lead agencies
  • Set direction for media and performance partners, challenging plans and holding agencies accountable for results
  • Define measurement direction (with you)
  • Ensure performance is measured against meaningful business outcomes, partnering on tracking, dashboards, and data quality
  • Leverage performance insights to inform content, campaigns, and website optimisation
  • Drive consistency across regions
  • Establish performance principles and guardrails, raising the standard of performance marketing across teams and regions

Requirements

  • 8 – 12 years in performance marketing, growth or demand generation
  • Strong experience across paid channels, with a strategic, not execution-only lens
  • Proven track record of owning performance outcomes
  • Experience leading agencies and driving execution through others
  • Strong analytical thinking, you turn data into decisions, not just reports, with a solid understanding of measurement, tracking, attribution, and their inherent limitations
  • Experience working across multiple markets or stakeholder groups
  • You’re comfortable in environments where not everything is fully defined yet and you know how to bring structure without slowing things down
  • You are accountable for how campaigns are structured, optimised, and improved, and you stay close enough to the work to ensure quality
  • You bring a commercial and marketing lens beyond martech or analytics infrastructure
  • You actively lead and challenge agencies instead of managing them passive

What we offer

  • Performance-based bonus structure
  • 25 paid vacation days in your first year, increasing to 30 from your second year onwards
  • Training opportunities
  • Discounts on health insurance
  • Fully paid first-class commuting expenses
  • Extensive office perks including breakfast, lunch and dinner, world-class barista coffee, in-house physio and chair massages, organized sports and leisure activities, and Friday afternoon drinks
  • Training and continuous learning opportunities including access to conferences and tech events
  • Competitive relocation packages and visa sponsorship where necessary for expats

Requirements
  • 6+ years in conversion rate optimisation, experimentation, or growth and product roles, with time spent leading or building a team
  • A track record of owning a conversion funnel end to end (landing page to purchase) and moving it with a structured experiment programme
  • Experience managing cross-functional squads (product managers, engineers, designers) and setting the goals, rhythms, and quality bar that make them effective
  • A clear communicator with a creative instinct: a sharp eye for copy, UX, and journeys that convert because they speak to how people feel, not just because they function
  • An analytical, tool-savvy approach: comfortable turning performance data into strategic calls, choosing the right experimentation and analysis tools, and reading a test honestly
  • Genuine curiosity: you interrogate the system when metrics are off track, and when they're ahead you ask whether the win can be replicated before celebrating it
  • Comfort with ambiguity and several markets at once: you can take a vague problem and a launch deadline and turn it into a defensible plan and a team that ships it
  • Commercial framing: you understand CAC, LTV, payback, and how conversion moves the unit economics
  • Hands-on instincts: in a lean team you're happy to design a test, write the doc, and dig into the data yourself, not only direct others
Job Responsibility
Job Responsibility
  • Own the conversion journey from landing page to paid order for Juniper across our international markets, along with the experiment roadmap that improves it
  • Lead a team of product managers and engineers, with lifecycle and design alongside, to ship high-quality experiments and funnels quickly and learn from every one
  • Build and scale an experiment-driven culture: rapid testing, clean reads, strong data governance, and documented learnings shared with leadership
  • Operationalise the product growth strategy into a prioritised roadmap aligned with our OKRs, balancing quick wins against bigger funnel bets
  • Stand up conversion and funnel parity in new market launches so a new market reaches the experience quality of a mature one fast
  • Go deep on the patient: the science, the product, the data, and conversations with patients and patient-facing teams, to find what builds trust and what creates friction
  • Partner across the business: performance and search who bring the traffic, design and engineering who ship the work, lifecycle on the handoff, clinical operations on consult-paid to order-paid, and commercial finance on the unit economics
  • Own the conversion reporting cadence for your markets, turning test outcomes into insight and next steps the wider team can act on
