Job Responsibility:
Analyze and Synthesize Category Performance Data, from Multiple Data Sources (Nielsen, Retailers Portal, Kantar, Euromonitor). Into a clear Strategic Narrative. Presentation and Visualization
Identify Trends, Opportunities and Risks to Guide decision-making and Market Development, to Unilever Brands
Generates and Deliver Periodic Performance Reviews, with Objective KPIs to Strategic Planning, Marketing teams and Senior Stakeholders. Such as Share of Market and Distribution (NP and WD)
Partner Closely with Cross-Functional Teams to Aling and Model Market Forecast. Regional and globally
Develop and Track Market Share Performance per Channel (Plus Scintilla and Dunhummby) , triangulated with the P&L Performance
Partner with Business Analytic Data Teams, to ensure Performance Metrics are available and accessible to stakeholders, through PBI Dashboards
Requirements:
At Least +3 Year Experience Working with FMCG, ideally Food Sector
Proven Track Record working with Modern Trade Self Service Stores
Demonstrated Experience in Trade/ Marketing transforming Data and Insights into Actionable Plans
Analytics and Effective Communication as Skills Needed
