Job Responsibility:
Translate system‑level and scale‑up questions into clear experimental objectives and KPIs
Define required datasets and operating windows
Ensure testing generates reliable, traceable, and decision‑ready performance evidence
Process and structure KPI‑based datasets with statistical rigor
Identify trends and operational limits
Evaluate thermal or transport constraints
Quantify uncertainty to deliver robust insights from experimental results
Compare model predictions with experimental outcomes
Identify calibration gaps and model assumptions needing refinement
Diagnose deviations
Propose targeted improvements
Contribute to standardized validation workflows
Work closely with Process Development and Technology teams to align KPIs, test plans, and interpretations
Ensure clear technical communication
Maintain well‑structured documentation
Requirements:
Master’s degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
Strong understanding of adsorption fundamentals, heat and mass transfer, cyclic processes, and system performance behavior
Ability to interpret performance drivers across scales
Experience designing experiments and working with experimental datasets
Proficient in Python and/or MATLAB for scientific computation and data analysis
Communicate findings clearly
Maintain structured and reproducible workflows
Contribute to well‑organized technical documentation
Work autonomously while ensuring tight technical alignment with relevant teams and interfaces
Proficient in English, both spoken and written
