Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and embed performance insights in strategy, initiatives and projects
  • Together with key stakeholder’s define needs for strategic performance insights, goals and measurements for the Range and communication strategy
  • Together with specialists explore and develop new analytical models leading up to business performance insights
  • Package and communicate business performance insights in a clear and comprehensive way, helping the business to conclude, take decision and drive action
  • Integrate business performance throughout, ensuring that we make strategic choices to capture opportunities and manage risks
  • Support the Strategy and identity department from strategy creation and revision to execution of initiatives and projects
  • Guide other leaders in spotting and acting on business opportunities, as part of strategic development and implementation

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business/Finance/Economics (or a related field)
  • At least 5 years experience of working with business performance management
  • Well acquainted with the Power BI platform and translation of business requirements to analytical models
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • Experience of stakeholder management
  • Great communication skills
  • Both a holistic view and an eye for detail
  • Experience of working with performance analytics and insights
  • Used to handling changes
  • Striving for simplicity

  • Design, build and deliver leadership and manager development programmes end-to-end, with a strong emphasis on practical application back in role
  • Create high-quality leadership content and assets, including leader toolkits, manager playbooks, session materials, and facilitation guides
  • Facilitate leadership and manager sessions (virtual and in-person), confidently managing group dynamics and adapting style to different cultures and leadership populations
  • Build leaders’ and managers’ capability in core performance practices, and in developing others, including goal-setting and execution (OKRs), clarity of roles and priorities, effective feedback, coaching, accountability, and the delivery of high-quality quarterly performance conversations
