Job Responsibility

  • Lead G8's organisational listening strategy, including engagement and pulse surveys, lifecycle feedback and employee insights
  • Analyse people and culture data to identify trends, provide recommendations and help leaders turn insights into meaningful action
  • Design and deliver initiatives that embed our purpose, values and desired ways of working across the organisation
  • Partner with leaders to enhance team experience, engagement and organisational culture
  • Support organisational development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness and organisational performance
  • Collaborate across the People & Culture team to ensure culture and capability initiatives align with learning, performance, talent and broader people strategies
  • Lead and contribute to enterprise-wide culture and capability projects that support G8's strategic priorities

Requirements

  • Experience designing and delivering culture, engagement or organisational development initiatives
  • Strong experience managing employee listening programs and translating data into practical business outcomes
  • The ability to influence and build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical capability with confidence interpreting people data and presenting meaningful insights
  • Experience leading projects and successfully embedding organisational change
  • Qualifications in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline will be highly regarded
  • Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement
