Performance Analyst 1, BHMG Quality & PI

• Conducts complex data comparisons using multiple internal and external databases for Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives
• Develops complex reports and analyses communicates the results in a comprehensive, accurate, and understandable format

• Bachelors
• Bachelors Degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts
• At least three years experience working with quantitative and statistical data (master's degree may be substituted for two years of experience)
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet, graphics and relational database software
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with the creative ability which enables data to be well presented and utilized
• Knowledge of Lean principles desired
• Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years
