Job Description:

Our client requires a Performance Administrative Assistant (21 hours per week for 6 weeks to start early April) to support performance-related activities. This is an exciting role, particularly for someone with a musical interest. Flexibility is essential, to include some evenings and weekends hours. You will not exceed 21 per week.

Job Responsibility:

  • Undertake a range of administrative duties to support performance activities
  • Assist with the organisation and delivery of events, concerts and workshops
  • Collate and print music parts for events
  • Design promotional materials
  • Provide basic support with sound, lighting and stage management
  • Ensure an efficient and high-quality service as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Experience of event management
  • Working in an administrative or office environment
  • Ideally have some musical knowledge
  • Comfortable handling complex or escalated queries and resolving issues
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workloads effectively
  • Must be available to work on specific dates
  • Must be able to get to a variety of venues local to Cardiff
