Job Description:

Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs in guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Develop positive relationships, maintain confidentiality, and provide thoughtful service in a hospitality-focused environment.

Job Responsibility:

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and/or public spaces
Maintain, repair, and clean all guest rooms, meeting rooms, and/or public spaces according to guidelines
Perform preventative maintenance on hotel equipment
Report serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards
Follow company safety and security policies and procedures
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
Maintain positive working relationships with others
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Less than 1 year related work experience
