Must demonstrate the following characteristics: reliable, responsible, team player, ability to grow and learn in the position, detail-oriented, organized, flexible, capacity to provide support and quality care to improve the physical and mental health of individuals served
Must be an independent problem-solver, able to work with minimal supervision when necessary
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma/Associates/or Bachelor’s degree)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must be licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration

Job Responsibility

Monitoring and Documenting medication self administration during clients’ stay
Monitoring client physical medical issues and working with Mental Health Workers to arrange for acute medical care for clients when needed
Facilitating health and wellness groups and activities
Delivering treatment interventions that are strength based and solution-focused
Encouraging consumer completed risk management/safety plans and Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP)
Coordinating with clients’ outpatient and CCS care providers
Completing documentation per shift as assigned
Participating in ongoing required training

What we offer

LPN shift differentials for the Stabilization Unit position are: 7a – 11p (Sat & Sun only) = Base + $1.00
11p – 7a (ANY day of the week) = Base + $2.00
3-11pm (Monday through Friday) = Base + $1.00

Job Responsibility

Place and read TB tests for clients at two residential recovery program sites
Monitor TB tracking lists to ensure all clients receive testing within required timeframes (placement within 24 hours of arrival
reading within 48-72 hours)
Maintain accurate documentation of TB test results and follow-up needs
Communicate with program staff regarding client compliance and any concerns related to TB screening
Support health-related workflows within the residential setting as needed
Provide professional, compassionate care within trauma-informed, substance-use recovery environments
Ensure adherence to all clinical, safety, and regulatory protocols
