Job Description:

As a PeopleX Partner Intern, you’ll work on meaningful projects that support our People team’s strategy—bringing insights, operations, and collaboration together to create a thriving workplace!

Job Responsibility:

Support key PeopleX initiatives including business support and program delivery
Analyze employee feedback, operational data, and program outcomes to surface trends and opportunities
Partner with COEs in PX and the business to solve challenging people-related problems
Contribute to a strong and inclusive employee experience by helping deliver meaningful internal programs

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program, ideally in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
Preference for related work experience in HR (prior internship(s), co-op roles, etc)
Curious and excited about a fast-paced work environment centered on learning and contributing to the business
Organized and detail-oriented with a knack for project coordination
Strong written and verbal communication skills and thrive in team collaboration
Familiarity with tools like Workday and the Google Suite are a plus
