Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft SQR Developer for a long-term onsite W2 contract opportunity in Pasadena, CA. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on PeopleSoft technical expertise with deep knowledge of SQR development and PeopleTools.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain SQR programs for PeopleSoft applications
  • Work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • perform root cause analysis
  • Optimize SQR and SQL queries for performance improvement
  • Support enhancements, upgrades, patches, and integrations across PeopleSoft modules
  • Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of PeopleSoft development experience
  • Expertise in SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine
  • Strong SQL and relational database experience
  • Experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials and/or HCM environments
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
  • Ability to perform independently in a fast-paced environment
