Job Description

We are looking for a PeopleSoft Integrations Developer to join a contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role. This position focuses on maintaining and improving critical data interfaces across PeopleSoft environments, with a strong emphasis on Informatica-based development and support. The ideal candidate will partner with business and technical teams to deliver reliable integrations, investigate data issues, and produce clear documentation that supports ongoing operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Build, enhance, and oversee integration processes using Informatica to support the movement of data across PeopleSoft applications and connected systems
  • Analyze interface errors, failed jobs, and data inconsistencies, then take corrective action to restore dependable processing
  • Work closely with functional partners and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify data movement needs, and translate them into effective integration solutions
  • Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including interface designs, mapping logic, workflow steps, and operational support materials
  • Participate in test planning, execution, and validation activities for integration updates, fixes, and new enhancements before release
  • Review source-to-target mappings, schemas, and existing interface artifacts to ensure alignment with business rules and system design
  • Provide dependable knowledge-sharing and handoff support by documenting processes thoroughly and assisting with continuity of existing integrations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing or supporting data integrations in PeopleSoft environments
  • Hands-on expertise with Informatica and ETL processes for enterprise data movement and transformation
  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Integration Broker and related tools used to connect PeopleSoft with other platforms
  • Ability to interpret technical artifacts such as data mappings, schemas, interface specifications, and workflow documentation
  • Experience with PeopleSoft applications such as Campus Solutions or Financials is strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create organized documentation for support and handoff purposes
  • Familiarity with Oracle-based data integration technologies, including Oracle Data Integrator or similar tools, is a plus

Nice to have

  • Experience with PeopleSoft applications such as Campus Solutions or Financials is strongly preferred

  • Build dashboards, analytics reports, prompts, and filters using the integrated OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition) platform to deliver real-time analysis
  • Configure custom Oracle HCM workflows and approval hierarchies using the BPM (Business Process Management) approval tool for MSS (Manager Self Services) and ESS (Employee Self Services) processes
  • Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Security and workflow processes
  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
