Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Business Analyst to support implementation and enhancement initiatives for PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.2, with a strong focus on the Billing module. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on system implementations, integration testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with system integration and interface testing, and the ability to work effectively within a large project team using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a Functional Business Analyst for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, with emphasis on the Billing module
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
  • Support system implementation and enhancement efforts for PeopleSoft Financials applications
  • Perform end-to-end system integration testing, including validation of external interfaces
  • Work closely with technical teams, developers, and QA teams to ensure business requirements are properly implemented
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, business process flows, and testing documentation
  • Facilitate communication between business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with issue resolution
  • Use collaboration tools such as MS Teams and O365 applications to communicate with project teams
  • Track project tasks, issues, and defects using Jira
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementations
  • 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Billing module
  • 8+ years of experience performing hands-on system integration testing and interface testing
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • 2+ years of experience using MS Teams and working with large distributed teams

Nice to have

  • Experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government)
  • Experience with Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials
  • Experience using Jira for issue tracking and project management
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
