The team also partners closely with other business support functions—such as Tech Operations, Finance, Compliance and more—to develop collaborative, cross-functional solutions that enhance employee experience and ensure alignment across the business. As a People Technology Support Analyst you will serve as the first point of contact for all system-related questions and issues across our People Technology ecosystem. You will support and optimize applications such as Workday, Greenhouse, Gem, Culture Amp and others, with Workday and Greenhouse being the most frequently used. This role will blend day-to-day operational support with hands-on involvement in system enhancements, requirements gathering, testing, small-scale projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, intuitive, and people-centered technology experience for teams across Optiver.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for users across all People Technology systems, primarily Workday and Greenhouse
  • Deliver high-quality support by troubleshooting issues, resolving Jira tickets, and responding to user inquiries
  • Triage incoming Jira tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear, proactive communication with stakeholders
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop training materials, documentation, or communications to enhance system adoption
  • Monitor system performance and support defect resolution efforts to maintain reliable and scalable People Technology systems
  • Participate in requirement gathering for enhancements, new features and process improvements
  • Support testing activities, including functional testing, regression testing, and coordinating user acceptance testing
  • Assist in implementing small system enhancements and configuration updates
  • Develop an understanding of system interdependencies and how changes impact the broader People Technology ecosystem
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, challenge the status quo and contribute to People Technology best practices
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver collaborative, integrated solutions that support broader business goals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with People and Recruitment systems
  • Formal experience in both a systems support role and within a Recruitment function, with regular hands-on use of HRIS and ATS platforms in day-to-day operations
  • Experience with Workday or Greenhouse is preferred
  • Experience supporting other HRIS or ATS platforms (e.g., other core HR systems, recruiting tools, or people-facing applications) is also applicable
  • Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A curious, pragmatic, and user-focused thinker who takes initiative and champions continuous improvement

Nice to have:

  • Confluence experience
  • Experience conducting data audits
What we offer:
  • A performance-based bonus structure unmatched anywhere in the industry
  • The opportunity to work alongside best-in-class professionals from over 50 different countries
  • 25 paid vacation days in your first year, increasing to 30 from your second year onwards
  • Training opportunities, discounts on health insurance, and fully paid first-class commuting expenses
  • Extensive office perks, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, world-class barista coffee, in-house physio and chair massages, organized sports and leisure activities, and Friday afternoon drinks
  • Training and continuous learning opportunities, including access to conferences and tech events
  • Competitive relocation packages and visa sponsorship where necessary for expats
