Job Description

We are seeking a People Team Intern to join us for our Summer 2026 Internship Program! This role offers broad exposure across the People function, with a strong emphasis on People Analytics. As a People Team Intern, you’ll support initiatives that strengthen our learning culture, elevate the employee experience, and ensure we’re making data-informed decisions. You’ll work on meaningful, high-impact projects, including building a lasting People analytics dashboard. Also, contribute to talent branding, recruiting strategy, systems optimization, and employee engagement initiatives. This is an opportunity to blend creativity, analytics, systems thinking, and operational execution in a leading fast-paced tech environment!

Job Responsibility

  • Support the People team following our post Workday implementation, including reporting setup
  • Assist with talent branding initiatives, including creating engaging content and tracking campaign performance
  • Develop and track recruiting campaigns, bringing creative ideas to help SpotHero stand out in the market
  • Build and maintain a People Team analytics dashboard that delivers actionable insights
  • Support planning and operations for our Summer All Team Week
  • Conduct market research to ensure our People practices remain competitive and best-in-class
  • Assist in building People-related reports and presentations aligned with SpotHero branding guidelines
  • Identify manual HR workflows and explore AI-driven solutions to automate and improve processes
  • Partner on system automation projects and help streamline internal communications and documentation
  • Analyze people data to identify trends in hiring, retention, and employee engagement
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations for People leadership

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Analytics, Data Science, Business Management, or a related field (open to other disciplines with demonstrated interest)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets or data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar) is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • A strong communicator who can translate data into clear, compelling insights and data visualization
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a natural curiosity
  • Creative and excited to experiment with new ideas, especially in employer branding and recruiting
  • Comfortable learning new systems and tools
  • Proactive and eager to take ownership of projects
