Job Description:

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the People Team Administrator is a pivotal member of the Emperor People Team. Providing first-line support to the business, the person in this role ensures smooth execution of day-to-day people processes while also having the opportunity to contribute to varied HR tasks and projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively leading on first-line employee enquiries and operational issues and escalating accordingly
  • Managing employee records and HRIS updates using BambooHR
  • Administering systems including company benefits, intranet, training platforms and more
  • Supporting with financial administration, including payroll, purchase orders and invoices
  • Generating reports and maintaining accurate employee data
  • Managing onboarding, offboarding and induction logistics
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
  • Drafting and maintaining employee policies
  • Providing ad-hoc support for our Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition teams

Requirements:

  • Up to a couple of years of experience as an HR Admin or Coordinator
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • An open and collaborative individual
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site in London 3 days per week

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in a creative or communications agency
  • Previous experience using HRIS (BambooHR)
  • HR internship for 6 months or more
