Our business is going through tremendous growth in the SAPMEA and we’re looking for a People, Talent, and Business Operations generalist who enjoys being at the center of how a company runs. This role blends recruiting, people operations, and core business/finance support, and is critical to supporting our employees, leaders, and day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Drive end-to-end recruiting for select roles, partnering closely with hiring managers
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, scheduling, and logistics
  • Manage job postings, ATS workflows, and talent data
  • Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive world-class candidate experience
  • People Operations & HR Support: Serve as the first point of contact for questions, inquiries, and requests
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and people lifecycle processes in coordination with the global People Ops team
  • Support and lead performance cycles, engagement initiatives, and people programs
  • Assist with benefits administration, policy updates, and compliance tasks
  • Maintain People systems, records, and documentation
  • Business Operations & Finance Support: Provide administrative and operation support for core business functions
  • Assist with invoice processing and vendor payments
  • Partner closely with Finance on purchase orders and contract tracking
  • Coordinate with leadership on operational projects and process improvements
  • Support audits, compliance requests, and internal controls as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years recruiting experience within a global start-up organization that has experienced fast-paced growth
  • ideally have a track record delivering on hiring objectives across all functions up to senior roles
  • SaaS technology companies preferred
  • 2+ years People Ops generalist experience, including having built and managed performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development
  • Working knowledge of invoices, budgets, vendors, and operational processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Articulate
  • exceptional communication skills with a high level of EQ
  • Outstanding problem solving skills and the ability to derive creative solutions for mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Track record of accountability, work ethics, and delivering high quality within a team-centric environment
  • Must be able to start the role in Pacific timezone initially
