Join us in building the future of finance. We’re looking for a People Systems Manager to help build and run the engine that powers Robinhood’s HR and Payroll systems. This role is both strategic and highly operational, combining hands-on technical execution with people leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and evolve Robinhood’s core People Systems, with a primary focus on Workday
  • Act as a hands-on technical leader, driving configuration, integrations, and solution design
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of full-time employees and contractors
  • Partner with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Finance, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable system solutions
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations across the People technology stack
  • Drive major initiatives such as worker and vendor management system implementations
  • Support international growth and M&A by enabling scalable People systems for new geographies
  • Collaborate closely with AI engineering partners to explore AI-driven capabilities
  • Lead change management efforts
  • Establish and contribute to a long-term People Systems roadmap
  • Maintain a high bar for data quality, security, privacy, and compliance

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive People Systems or HRIS experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience with strong technical depth
  • Required experience with Core HCM
  • Proven experience building and supporting Workday integrations
  • EIB experience required
  • Workday Studio experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse and/or Ashby
  • Strong project management and cross-functional partnership skills
  • Ability to work effectively across HR, Engineering, Finance, and Legal
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Curiosity and interest in AI, automation, and emerging HR technologies
