Join us in building the future of finance. We’re looking for a People Systems Manager to help build and run the engine that powers Robinhood’s HR and Payroll systems. This role is both strategic and highly operational, combining hands-on technical execution with people leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Job Responsibility:
Own and evolve Robinhood’s core People Systems, with a primary focus on Workday
Act as a hands-on technical leader, driving configuration, integrations, and solution design
Lead and develop a distributed team of full-time employees and contractors
Partner with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Finance, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable system solutions
Design, build, and maintain integrations across the People technology stack
Drive major initiatives such as worker and vendor management system implementations
Support international growth and M&A by enabling scalable People systems for new geographies
Collaborate closely with AI engineering partners to explore AI-driven capabilities
Lead change management efforts
Establish and contribute to a long-term People Systems roadmap
Maintain a high bar for data quality, security, privacy, and compliance
Requirements:
7+ years of progressive People Systems or HRIS experience
2+ years of people management experience
4+ years of hands-on Workday experience with strong technical depth
Required experience with Core HCM
Proven experience building and supporting Workday integrations
EIB experience required
Workday Studio experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with Greenhouse and/or Ashby
Strong project management and cross-functional partnership skills
Ability to work effectively across HR, Engineering, Finance, and Legal
Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Curiosity and interest in AI, automation, and emerging HR technologies
