To lead the development, optimisation, and governance of the organisation’s core HR technology landscape — including MHR (iTrent) and UKG ProWFM — ensuring accurate people data, seamless integrations, robust payroll alignment, and improved insight through analytics. The role will champion digital efficiency, continuous improvement, and exploration of AI-driven opportunities within People Operations.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end management of MHR (iTrent) and UKG ProWFM platforms
Own the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of people data across all HR and payroll systems
Manage configuration of scheduling, timekeeping, holiday rules, pay rules, and compliance elements
Lead the development of People reporting dashboards (Power BI)
Proactively identify opportunities to introduce AI technologies
Act as the strategic link between HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Ops and external vendors
Lead system enhancement roadmaps, upgrades, releases, and new initiatives
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to the People Systems team
Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of MHR (iTrent) (core HR, payroll, reporting, workflows)
Experience with UKG ProWFM (scheduling, time & attendance, rules configuration)
Proficiency in HR data structures, integrations, and payroll dependencies
Strong analytical capability, ideally with Power BI or similar reporting tools
Experience designing or managing system enhancements, UAT, and release cycles
Excellent stakeholder management and communication
Strong problem solver with a focus on accuracy and operational impact
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience leading cross-functional projects end-to-end
Appetite for innovation and emerging technology (including AI)
Nice to have:
Experience in multi-payroll, multi-brand, or large-scale environments
Knowledge of GDPR, data governance, and audit requirements
