Job Description:

Build your career as a People System Support Specialist with our German retail partner! In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of HR systems by providing user support, resolving standard requests and complex issues, maintaining data quality and handling system issues, while collaborating with IT and external providers and contributing to efficient and continuously improving HR processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide technical 1st and 2nd level support for HR systems, resolving user inquiries and system-related issues
  • Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR information systems and software applications, escalating complex cases where necessary
  • Assist in the implementation of new HR processes and technologies, ensuring smooth adoption and user training
  • Maintain and continuously improve system documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures
  • Collaborate closely with HR and IT teams and external service providers to resolve incidents and implement system enhancements
  • Monitor HR processes and systems performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend and implement enhancements as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or HR support within a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Fluent German and intermediate English skills
  • Good understanding of data privacy and security regulations
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support
  • Strong communication skills to engage with different stakeholders
