Job Responsibility:
Provides essential administrative support across Recruitment, People Services, and People Systems
Ensure day-to-day people processes run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently
Support the full employee lifecycle
Coordinate interviews and onboarding
Maintain records and HR systems
Keep recruitment on track
Support day-to-day HR administration
Ensure data and processes are handled correctly
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience
Ideally within HR or recruitment
Excellent organisational skills
