Job Responsibility:
Partner with Account Leads to embed people strategy into account strategy, ensuring teams are structured, skilled, and engaged to deliver impact
Advise leaders on current and future talent needs, capability gaps, and succession planning
Coach managers on high-quality feedback, performance management, and talent development
Demonstrate strong working knowledge of HR policies, practices, and compliance
Take end-to-end ownership of people-related risks, ensuring fair, compliant, and sustainable decisions
Use quantitative analysis to evaluate how HR initiatives affect engagement, retention, productivity, and performance
Combine internal people data with external market insights to inform recommendations
Present insights in a clear, actionable way to business leaders
Lead and support change initiatives that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness
Design and implement people processes that strengthen retention, engagement, and delivery excellence
Act as a trusted coach to leaders navigating growth, ambiguity, and transformation
Requirements:
6–8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, People Advisory, or similar roles
Proven experience advising senior leaders or account owners, ideally in consulting, technology, or high-growth environments
Broad HR exposure across multiple domains rather than deep specialization in a single area
Strong business and commercial acumen
Solid knowledge of Turkish labor law and HR compliance
Analytical mindset with comfort in using data to shape decisions
Consulting-style problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills in English
