Job Description

Assist in end-to-end hiring activities for the Staffinc Development Program, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Support employer branding initiatives such as university engagement, or program campaigns. Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and prepare hiring progress reports. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process. Support the execution of culture-driven initiatives aligned with Staffinc’s core value. Assist in planning and organizing engagement activities such as internal events, pulse surveys, and team gatherings. Help analyze engagement survey results and prepare insights for follow-up action plans. Support communication rollouts for culture programs and engagement campaigns. Help facilitate onboarding activities for Staffinc Development Program participants and other new hires. Coordinate pre-onboarding communication and support orientation logistics. Assist in addressing day-to-day employee inquiries by providing timely information or escalating to the People Partner team when needed. Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Maintain accurate records related to hiring processes, program participants, and engagement activities. Support compliance with internal HR policies and documentation requirements. Contribute to ongoing HR projects such as program enhancement, culture roadmap initiatives, and capability-building sessions. Identify small opportunities for process improvements within hiring, engagement, and onboarding workflows.
