Job Description:

Lead a GBO People Services team responsible for managing and supporting HR/Payroll processes and systems, delivering services at high professional standards, and meeting agreed service levels within IKEA's Global Business Operations function.

Job Responsibility:

Lead GBO People Services team
Manage and support HR/Payroll process and systems
Execute delivery of services on high professional standard
Meet or exceed agreed service levels
Lead P&C Operations Support activities
Manage delivery of global business support activities
Steer team performance and deliverables
Work on Continuous Improvement agenda
Support solving problems and resolve first level escalations
Recruit competent new co-workers
Coach and develop P&C staff knowledge, skills and competence
Coordinate trainings and maintain team motivation
Foster strong relationships with partners
Allocate team resources effectively
Motivate team to deliver outstanding service

Requirements:

Passion for working with people and leading by example
Strong knowledge of HR/Payroll environment, process and systems (min. 10+ years experience)
Experience in multicultural and multinational organizations, preferably in HR shared services industry
Excellent English communication skills
Service oriented and customer focused background
Strong drive and ability to take decisions and delegate
Understanding and passion for IKEA values
Experience with HR Processes including Payroll (min. 5 years experience)
Minimum 3 years People Manager experience
Experience with SAP/Workday, ADP, Kronos tools

Nice to have:

Experience in HR shared services industry
Experience with multicultural and multinational organizations
