As a People Services team, we are collaborative and people-focused, supporting 23 countries across the Coca-Cola HBC family. Our purpose is to guide and administer the entire employee lifecycle—from hire to retire—including hiring and onboarding, position changes, master data management, compensation and benefits administration, performance and learning administration, and leave management. We pride ourselves on managing the administrative backbone of the employee journey, ensuring every step is smooth, accurate, and fully documented. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Collaborate as part of a team, sharing best practices, knowledge, and ideas
Have excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Have experience with MS Excel and other MS Office products
Lead and motivate your team, including coaching, performance management, and development
Manage HR projects, coordinating team members, timelines, and deadlines to achieve HR and customer objectives
Handle operational issues remotely, resolving them professionally and appropriately
Prioritize conflicting demands and tasks effectively to maintain service quality
Apply numerical skills to analyze and interpret HR data, monitoring KPIs and performance metrics
Support training management and administration processes
Maintain and develop productive relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
Drive process design, improvement, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency
Ensure confidentiality, respect, and compliance regarding company and employee information
Communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization
Manage budgets, resources, and workflows efficiently, ensuring alignment with business needs
Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high-quality service delivery
Nice to have:
Have prior experience in a multinational or shared services environment, preferably with HR/People Services projects
Have strong people leadership skills, including coaching, listening, and performance setting
Are comfortable analyzing results, identifying variances from targets, and providing actionable recommendations
Can design and improve business processes and workflows
Quickly understand customer requirements and adapt to different business needs
Are highly organized, resilient under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities
Are comfortable working to defined KPIs and maintaining service standards
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Approach problem-solving proactively, applying initiative and available resources to resolve issues
Build trust with colleagues, employees, and managers while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
