We are looking for an experienced People Service Representative to support managers and employees and provides support human resources management in assigned functions. Manage effectively HR processes to create added value in the internal client team.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare HR documentation
Provide trainings on Welcome days
Represent HR leadership and colleagues in selected internal activities
Prepare and deliver selected HR trainings
Support positive employee relations and manage internal communication within the assigned area
Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams across the organization
Identify opportunities where HR can enhance effectiveness and add business value
Support initiatives to reduce employee turnover and improve productivity within the department
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR Support
Strong knowledge of HR processes and Labor Code
Excellent communication
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong networking and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently while being an active team player
