As our People Services Project Manager, you will drive the simplification, optimization and streamlining of HR Shared Services processes across the Europe–Africa region. You oversee the full Hire to Retire lifecycle and ensure our HR operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with Fugro’s strategic goals. You act as the key link between Fugro, external HR vendors, and internal stakeholders. By analysing current processes and implementing best‑practice solutions, you help create a seamless and consistent HR experience for employees and managers across borders.

Keep our HR processes rock-solid by ensuring they always meet legal, regulatory, and internal standards

Own crisp, accurate process documentation and actively champion automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
Hands-on experience in process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement
A proven track record of leading HR operational change projects end-to-end
