  • Significant experience leading People Services or HR operations at a high-growth, global technology company, with a proven track record of managing large-scale HR service delivery transformations across multiple geographies or brands.
  • A technology-forward operator: you have owned or co-owned an HR technology roadmap, can translate business problems into product requirements, and have hands-on experience driving AI and automation into People Services workflows — with a clear point of view on how to use technology to scale a service function without scaling headcount proportionally.
  • Deep understanding of People Services enablement, specifically how process design, knowledge management, and change infrastructure connect a technology roadmap to frontline service delivery execution.
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and transformation, with the strategic capability to consolidate differing operating models, tools, and team cultures while maintaining high service quality.
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder leadership, with a history of building effective partnerships and creating alignment across a complex, matrixed, multinational organisation.
Job Responsibility
Job Responsibility
  • Lead the unification and transformation of People Services across the DoorDash brand ecosystem — building a single, AI-enabled global service platform that scales how the entire People organisation operates, and defining what employee-centred HR service delivery looks like across 30,000+ employees in 40+ countries.
  • Drive the multi-year transformation vision by establishing a unified operating model, service catalogue, and delivery framework across the DoorDash brand ecosystem to replace legacy approaches with one scalable platform.
  • Own the People Services technology roadmap and business requirements, partnering with Business Technology and Product teams to drive automation, service quality, and scale across internal and vendor solutions.
  • Lead the enablement function as the connective tissue between technology, COEs, and People Business Partners, ensuring process design, knowledge management, and change infrastructure scale ahead of the service desk.
  • Unify the global HR service platform into a single, intelligent front door for all people support, integrating tooling, SLAs, and AI-powered triaging into a consistent, employee-centred experience.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team spanning People Services and enablement across three brands, establishing shared execution standards and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Establish global process standards and governance, eliminating reliance on regional interpretation by building the documented infrastructure (SOPs) required for accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Define and track operational metrics that showcase service quality, automation impact, and transformation progress, providing clear visibility to People leadership and cross-functional partners.
