Supervise and develop the People Services team for the Group — including two UK‑based People Services Coordinators and one Argentina‑based HR Administrator (credentialling support for the US) — ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective HR administration, data management, HR processes, and HR advisory support. Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards across all countries in which we operate.
Job Responsibility:
Provide hands‑on HR support, working closely with the People Services team to ensure accurate HR data, effective administration and processes across the full employee life cycle, timely reporting, regulatory compliance, and consistent employee relations support
Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail across all People Services activities
Embed effective use of Cezanne and Talos, ensuring systems are up to date and management reports are produced as required
Supervise the People Services resources efficiently, including maintaining a structured work schedule to meet HR and business operational demands
Build and maintain strong relationships with Talent Acquisition and Payroll and Benefit colleagues, and stakeholders, ensuring consistent and effective communication
Ensure HR guidance provided to the business is accurate, consistent, and compliant
Act as Data Protection Champion, ensuring all activities meet GDPR standards and reporting any data breaches to the Data Protection Officer
Develop and motivate team members, ensuring they have clear goals, development plans, and regular performance reviews to support team performance and development
Maintain secure and accurate HR data in line with GDPR requirements and best‑practice data management
Produce monthly HR analytics and reports for the HR Director, highlighting key performance metrics and improvement opportunities
Monitor and control HR budget expenditure, ensuring alignment with budget plans and proper management of purchase orders
Requirements:
CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
Proven experience in supervising HR administration teams
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a positive and consistent employee experience
Experience working effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Proven HR Advisory experience with a strong knowledge of employment law and best practice, including exposure to international HR environments
Working knowledge of GDPR and data‑protection principles
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of HR systems and case‑management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Takes personal responsibility for delivering high‑quality work and meeting commitments
