Job Description:

The Learning & Development team is responsible for end-to-end administration processes for coworkers, line managers and HR business units, requiring accurate recording and maintenance of processes to enhance employees with new knowledge, skills, and capabilities to improve job performance and business performance.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver high-professional, accurate, timely, compliant and consistent services according to KPIs and SLAs
Provide support to HR units in all L&D related topics
Monitor quality of services in area of responsibility
Enter Learning & Development related data into Cornerstone according to procedures
Accept and perform additional tasks delegated by team leader

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ years of advanced Learning and Development administration knowledge
Knowledge in HR related systems like Cornerstone, Service Now
Good computer skills especially Microsoft Office
Ability to work alone on assigned tasks
Good communication and listening skills
Ability to identify problems quickly and take action to solve them
Project management skills
Ability to prepare presentation material and arrange relevant resources
Knowledge about IKEA HR system landscape

Nice to have:

Ability to think 'out of the box' and provide ideas for continuous improvement
Cooperative team player working for common goals
Ability to manage projects/project teams to deliver project goals
