People Services is the department that manages contracts and onboarding validations. We support young people throughout the administrative process until their first day of work, ensuring that everything is in order and ready for them.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contract Management: Ensure the accurate preparation, review, and execution of employment contracts for new hires
  • Onboarding Validation: Validate all onboarding documents and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to new employees throughout the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Process Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees, facilitating communication and collaboration
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from new employees about their onboarding experience to continuously improve the process
  • Goal Achievement: Aim to create a welcoming and efficient onboarding experience that sets young employees up for success in their new positions
