We are looking for an expert in Excel reporting to analyze and manage the administrative backbone of the employee journey, ensuring that every step is smooth, fully documented and accurately reported.
Job Responsibility
Perform routine analysis and create standard as well as customized reports when requested by line manager, stakeholders etc.
Identify and respond to internal and external customers’ needs, actively delivering customer service, which exceeds customer expectations.
Execute HR administrative operational activities related to any lifecycle event of the employee, documentation handling, data management, benefits, pre-payroll tasks and other HR services.
Make productive use of technology tools and systems to ensure effective service delivery and accurate data management.
Ensure effective customer relationships are established and maintained through providing a prompt service by fully understanding clients’ needs and requirements.
Deliver high quality service to the Shared Service Centre customers.
Monitor process documentation and update when needed (Training materials/OP validity).
Requirements
Min. 1-2 years of experience in reporting and analytics, working with Excel
Both verbal and written fluency in English (must)
Logical thinking, with attention to detail
Interest in HR, employee life cycle
Preferably experience in an international shared service center
Preferably experience with Workday and/or SAP
Nice to have
