Job Description:

Step into a role that’s all about delivering an exceptional colleague experience. As a People Services Advisor, you’ll be a trusted first point of contact for HR‑related queries across Vision Express, supporting colleagues and managers with clear, timely and empathetic guidance. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our key people processes run smoothly, from onboarding to moments that matter, all while helping maintain a positive and supportive workplace.

Job Responsibility:

  • Processing all starters, leavers and contractual changes accurately and within agreed timeframes
  • Creating and issuing contracts and employment documentation
  • Acting as the first point of contact for colleagues and managers
  • Providing clear, accurate HR advice within policy guidelines
  • Coordinating moments that matter including maternity processes and long‑service awards
  • Using the People Services/Payroll Database to generate reports
  • Ensuring exceptional service delivery in line with departmental KPIs
