Job Responsibility:
Managing and reporting on Retail and Head Office compliance of our Time and Attendance System
Reporting on and assisting users with Timesheet errors and issues ensuring that data supplied to payroll is accurate and up to date
Administration of Kronos, our Time & Attendance system, including creating and managing users, Hyperfinds and permissions
Working with Retail and Head Office departments to ensure compliance of companies HR and T&A Policies
Creating and publishing compliance reporting and escalating where necessary
Monitoring support mailboxes and responding to queries/issues
Writing and maintaining accurate support documentation
Requirements:
General interest in IT and utilising technology to improve efficiencies
Excellent administration and organisational skills including strong verbal and written English
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks along with strong attention to detail
Good typing skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel
