Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Partner with managers to provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and engagement
Support the implementation of HR initiatives including talent development, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion
Use data and insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve our people processes
Champion our culture and values, helping to create an inclusive and high-performing workplace

Requirements:

Proven experience in a generalist HR or People Partner role
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for people
