Our cloud-based accounting software transforms the finance function, making it easier for multi-entity businesses to capture, process, and report their financial data with ease and efficiency. This is the first dedicated People presence in the UK, based in London and supporting our growing UK business. You'll be responsible for delivering the people agenda locally, working closely with managers and employees to embed company values, improve team effectiveness, and ensure a consistent employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Acting as the primary People Partner for the UK, supporting managers and employees across the group
Partnering with the Group People team to ensure alignment and consistency across regions
Embedding company values and ways of working into day-to-day behaviours and decisions
Delivering engagement, wellbeing, and employee experience initiatives aligned to group priorities
Running regular listening activities, acting on feedback, and ensuring visible follow-through
Coaching and supporting managers on performance, team dynamics, and people challenges
Managing Employee Relations cases end-to-end, with a pragmatic and consistent approach
Supporting organisational changes, team structure decisions, and growth planning
Ensuring performance frameworks are applied consistently and support meaningful development
Collaborating with the People Acquisition Partner to identify talent gaps and contribute to development and succession planning
Owning key parts of the employee lifecycle locally, including onboarding, development, and offboarding
Requirements:
5 years of HR / People experience, including time in a Business Partner or senior generalist role
Experience working in a standalone or low-support environment, with the ability to prioritise and operate independently
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and confidence in managing ER cases
To be comfortable supporting commercial teams, particularly in Sales-led environments
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with managers
A practical and hands-on approach, with a focus on delivery and outcomes
Experience in a SaaS, tech, or high-growth environment is beneficial
To be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
