The people partner provides HR expertise to individuals, allowing the business and employees to have direct attention. You will support team initiatives with Key Employee Moments. You will also collaborate with other HR pillars and managers to act on the implementation of projects related to learning and development, employee experience and engagement, culture and communication.
Job Responsibility:
HR Front Face for a specific area in everything related to HR operations for Merchandising
Carries out the processes associated with KEMs together with the extended HR team
Identifies opportunities and needs in the People agenda
Carries out operational and compliance processes
In the excecution of higth - impact operational HR projects
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HR experience
Ability to make constructive challenges with impact (HRBP)
Prioritize and raise your hand to ask for help or communicate risks
Be able to build a people agenda with impact on the business
Build and understand people analytics for the construction of the people agenda
Solid planning, organization and problem-solving skills
