We're looking for a People Partner who can move comfortably between the strategic and the operational: one day coaching a manager through a tough performance conversation, the next day working through a benefits enrollment workflow. This is a hybrid HRBP and People Operations role, and it's a great fit for someone who genuinely likes both sides of that work and doesn't want to specialize in just one. You'll serve as a trust partner to the head of people as the connective tissue between people, process, and policy. You'll own meaningful parts of our employee lifecycle and compliance work, and you'll have real latitude to redesign the things that aren't working.

Requirements
4+ years of progressive experience spanning both HR business partnering and people operations / HR generalist work
Demonstrated experience handling employee relations cases end-to-end, including performance management, investigations, and terminations
Hands-on experience administering benefits programs (medical, 401(k), leave) and running open enrollment
Solid grounding in multi-state US employment compliance, including workplace safety reporting (OSHA recordkeeping, incident reporting, postings)
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
Experience in hospitality, travel, vacation rentals, hotels, or a similar industry is a strong plus
You are fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) and have real examples of how you've used them to improve your work
Excellent judgment, discretion, and follow-through
