Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you’ll play a key role in enabling leaders and teams to succeed by delivering people strategies that support business goals, engagement, and performance. Working closely with the Senior People Partner, our CPO, and alongside your peers across the global People team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers, balancing operational delivery with growing strategic influence. You’ll have exposure to senior stakeholders and play a visible role in shaping and embedding initiatives across talent, culture, and leadership development. Please note that this is a one-year fixed-term position covering maternity leave, ending in April 2027.
Job Responsibility:
Become a trusted advisor, providing pragmatic and commercially sound HR advice
Support workforce planning, talent development, and organisational design activities within your business areas
Interpret people data and engagement insights to identify trends and recommend actions
Manage and coach managers through Employee Relations issues (performance, absence, conduct, redundancy, and grievances) ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes
Work with the Senior People Partner to identify and mitigate potential risk areas
Support continuous improvement of policies and practices to drive consistency and scalability
Partner with the L&D and DEI teams to implement engagement, wellbeing, and learning initiatives that strengthen leadership, inclusion, and culture
Requirements:
Over 4 years of experience in a People Advisor, People Partner or a similar HR Business Partnering role
Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
Experience managing Employee Relations cases from start to resolution
Well versed in Human Resources Information Systems and reporting tools
Ability to interpret people data and use insights to drive decisions
Comfortable handling sensitive information confidentially
You seek and implement solutions to improve processes
When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options and find practical solutions
You have an interest to apply AI-driven tools for process automation and optimisation
