Job Responsibility:
Partnering with bar management teams and senior leaders to deliver an outstanding people experience across multiple brands
owning the talent plan to ensure bars are supported by outstanding people at every level
leading on senior recruitment for area
mentoring, coaching and supporting management teams across the people lifecycle
handling high-risk employee relations cases
working both strategically and hands-on to ensure people processes and culture drive business success
