We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded and emotionally intelligent People Partner to join Care Fertility on a 15-month fixed-term contract. Partnering with senior leaders across our Northern region, you'll play a key role in bringing our People Strategy to life - driving engagement, strengthening leadership capability and creating high-performing, inclusive teams that deliver outstanding experiences for colleagues and patients alike. Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, investigations and case management
Coaching leaders to strengthen people leadership, performance and engagement
Driving talent, succession and workforce planning initiatives
Using people data and insights to identify trends, opportunities and risks
Supporting organisational change, restructures, acquisitions and integration projects
Building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders across the business
Leading and developing a People Advisor and Learning & Development Coordinator
Requirements
Experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner or senior HR professional
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Proven experience managing complex employee relations and organisational change
Excellent coaching, communication and influencing skills
High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust, navigate challenging conversations and support leaders through change
A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work autonomously across multiple locations
A passion for creating inclusive, high-performing cultures where people feel valued, supported and able to achieve their potential
