Job Description

We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded and emotionally intelligent People Partner to join Care Fertility on a 15-month fixed-term contract. Partnering with senior leaders across our Northern region, you'll play a key role in bringing our People Strategy to life - driving engagement, strengthening leadership capability and creating high-performing, inclusive teams that deliver outstanding experiences for colleagues and patients alike. As a trusted advisor, coach and challenger, you'll influence business decisions through a people lens, champion our values of Compassion, Collaboration and Expertise, and help build a culture where people can thrive.

Job Responsibility

  • Building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders across the business
  • Leading and developing a People Advisor and Learning & Development Coordinator

Requirements

  • Experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner or senior HR professional
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations and organisational change
  • Excellent coaching, communication and influencing skills
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust, navigate challenging conversations and support leaders through change
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work autonomously across multiple locations
  • A passion for creating inclusive, high-performing cultures where people feel valued, supported and able to achieve their potential
